I am currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Economic Development, Georgia Southern University (Statesboro, GA). My primary research interests are in the macroeconomic aspects of public finance, especially issues in Social Security and Healthcare. I also work on topics in life-cycle consumption, retirement behavior and bounded rationality. My teaching interests are in macroeconomics, public economics, mathematical economics and econometrics.
